Buffalo farms: same product, different strategies

Abstract

The aim of our paper is to investigate relationships between socio-demographic variables and access to rural development policy to sustain buffalo farm activity. An empirical analysis is applied, concerning buffalo farms of region Lazio, in Italy. Results confirms the hypothesis of strict interaction between access to policy and the explicative variables.
